Product video finishing

Upscale product videos without losing the product you sell

Bring an existing product clip to a larger delivery size, then inspect the details a buyer uses to decide: lettering, seams, glaze, facets and the outline of the object. This page starts the live tool at Standard 1080p. A clearer-looking frame still needs comparison with your original product and recording.

Product video workflow reviewed October 8, 2026

A real five-second motion comparison

Our original cup illustration and invitation lettering test, processed by Standard from 480 × 270 to a measured 1920 × 1080. Play both files to check lettering, edges and the moving dot; this silent test does not represent photographed products or every invitation design.

Source: 480 × 270, 5 seconds, no audio
Actual output: 1920 × 1080, 5 seconds

One real Standard 1080p task on 2026-10-08. We drew and encoded the source; the output received no additional sharpening or text replacement. Both clips are actual files, with posters extracted at 2.5 seconds. Clearer labels do not guarantee that a model preserves every trademark, date or pattern.

SeedVR2.net publishes this page and operates the paid tool below. This is a finishing workflow for an existing video, not an advertisement generator or a guarantee that a product remains identical. Model and resolution can be changed before submission; the displayed estimate is the price reference for that job.

Start with Standard 1080p

Upload a short original clip or paste a public HTTPS video URL. This scene opens at Standard 1080p even when a different setting was saved elsewhere. Preview the source, check duration and estimated credits, and submit only when ready. Opening this page or changing a selection does not start a paid job.

First eligible 5-second 720p Standard run: free

Verify your email to use your first video run without credits or a card. A failed run does not use the trial; longer clips and other settings show their exact credit cost before submission.

Browser upload limit: 500 MB. For larger files, paste a publicly accessible HTTPS URL. Each job supports videos up to 10 minutes.

Quick scene presets

Presets pick a model for a common scenario. You can still switch models manually below.

Standard costs the least. Use a short representative clip before paying to process a long video.

Standard1080P

Upload a clip, paste a direct video URL, or load the sample. No example video is downloaded until you ask for it.

Tip: keep your original FPS and avoid pre-scaling. The upscaler handles cadence better than most NLE plugins.

Test before processing the full video

Upscaling cannot recreate detail removed by heavy messaging compression. Test the hardest 5–10-second segment first; a higher-priced model is not automatically a better fit.

Inspect what a buyer will notice

Choose a source and review plan around the object rather than a resolution badge. A small improvement in visible edges is useful only if materials, proportions and printed information still describe the item being sold.

Cropping, overlays, audio and delivery encoding stay in your editor.

Start with the camera file, not a downloaded listing preview

A downloaded marketplace preview has often been resized or compressed again. Find the earliest usable camera or editor export and keep a separate untouched copy. Choose a short section that includes a normal viewing angle and a difficult moment such as a rotating label, a reflection moving across a glazed surface, or stitching coming into focus. Uploading the cleanest still moment alone will not tell you whether the whole product remains credible during motion.

Before uploading, play the file locally and check that it has a video track and a sensible duration. Avoid exporting repeatedly at a low bitrate. If the source is dark, badly defocused or shaking, a better recording may save more time than another enhancement pass. Upscaling estimates additional image detail; it cannot photograph the back of an object, reveal a covered serial number, or prove the true color of a material.

  • Keep the original camera export and a separate processing copy.
  • Include motion, labels and one reflective or textured area in the test.
  • Re-record missing or misleading product detail when possible.

Separate framing and editing from the enhancement pass

Decide where the clip will be used before selecting a target size. A vertical social preview and a square shop card may need different crops, but this tool does not provide a crop editor. Set the composition in your editing application and leave breathing room around the item. Keep text overlays and price banners on separate layers where possible; adding them after the enhancement avoids asking a model to reconstruct small letters.

The same principle applies to color and audio. Use a neutral original as your comparison reference, and inspect apparent color changes after processing rather than assuming that a larger frame is more accurate. The request here does not expose audio controls. Keep the original soundtrack separately and verify the final edit for sound and timing. Any replacement music, caption, transition or platform-specific export is a separate finishing step.

  • Choose the destination crop in your editor.
  • Keep small overlay text separate until the video pass is approved.
  • Retain the original soundtrack and compare color against the source.

Use a short paid test before processing a whole catalog

The live tool starts at Standard 1080p on this page. It deliberately does not restore a saved 4K or more expensive model selection from another tool visit. You remain free to choose a different setting. Check the actual source preview, its duration, and the displayed credit estimate immediately before submitting. One accepted submission creates a job; visiting this guide and adjusting the controls do not purchase processing.

Use the credit calculator for longer work and keep a record of the approved model and resolution. A catalog with many clips should begin with one representative item rather than an automatic batch. This page submits one video at a time. If a processing request fails or stays pending, inspect its existing task in your creations before submitting again; refreshing a status and purchasing another render are different actions.

  • Review the model, target resolution, duration and estimate together.
  • Approve a representative clip before repeating settings across products.
  • Check the existing task after a failure instead of immediately buying a duplicate.

Check labels, seams and reflections at normal playback speed

First watch the whole result at the size a shopper will see. Then compare several source and result frames at matching timestamps. Read each visible word on a label, check the count and shape of stones or fasteners, and look for new ridges along a seam. High contrast edges can acquire halos, while fine fabric or engraved lines can become a different pattern. A plausible replacement detail is a rejection reason if it changes the item.

Motion deserves its own pass. Watch highlights travel over metal, glass and glossy ceramics, and look for texture that swims from frame to frame. A sharp pause frame does not establish stable video. If the output changes the product, keep the original, try a smaller target only if the added cost is justified, or re-shoot the scene. Do not use the most flattering invented frame as evidence of the physical product.

  • Read visible lettering rather than judging sharpness alone.
  • Compare texture and hardware at several timestamps.
  • Reject unstable reflections or changes to the item being sold.

Finish and publish from the approved copy

Download an accepted result and play the downloaded file before closing the task. Confirm that the duration, orientation and sequence are useful for the intended edit. The selected output size is a request to the provider; inspect the returned file properties rather than claiming that a preset alone proves the delivered dimensions or format. A processing status can confirm that a file exists, but it does not approve the product depiction for you.

Return to your editor for final crop, captions, sound and compression. Check the destination platform’s current requirements at upload time and view the published preview, because another encoding step can soften the clip again. Keep the source, downloaded enhancement, and final delivery as separate files with settings in their names or notes. That makes a future product update possible without feeding an already compressed delivery back through the model.

  • Play and inspect the downloaded result before publishing.
  • Add final captions and sound in the editor after approval.
  • Keep the source and accepted output as separate versions.

What this workflow does not verify

Video enhancement can make an existing recording easier to view, but commercial accuracy still depends on the source and your review. Treat the result as a processed depiction of the item, not a measurement or a substitute for photographing it.

  • No model guarantees unchanged labels, geometry, materials or color.
  • This tool enhances an existing clip; it does not generate a product commercial from a still photo.
  • It does not supply crop, captions, branding, background replacement or audio restoration controls.
  • A selected resolution is not proof of final dimensions, platform acceptance or conversion improvement.

Product video questions

Can I upload a product photo to make a moving ad?

This workflow needs an existing video. Create and approve the motion separately, then use this page only if the resulting clip needs enhancement. A generated clip must still be checked against the real product.

Will it repair a blurred ingredient label or a small logo?

It may estimate sharper-looking edges, but that does not establish the correct text. If the wording is important to the purchase, record a legible close-up or add verified text after enhancement.

Should every product clip be made 4K?

Choose a size the actual destination needs. Start with the Standard 1080p selection and inspect a short result. A larger requested frame can cost more while leaving the source’s missing information unresolved.

Can I apply the same setting to a whole catalog?

Use an approved clip to document a starting setting, then review each result. Matte fabric, reflective metal and transparent glass can behave differently even when recorded with the same camera.
