These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and SeedVR2 | Independent AI Upscaling Workspace, operated by NanoBanana Studio (collectively, “SeedVR2 | Independent AI Upscaling Workspace”, "we", "us", or "our"). They describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using the website located at https://seedvr2, our web applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing credits, starting a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue all use of the Service.
A verified account that has never completed a payment may be scheduled for deletion after at least 30 consecutive days without recorded account activity. We provide at least 30 days' advance notice and a further reminder approximately 7 days before deletion. Signing in or confirming that you want to keep the account cancels the schedule. We recheck eligibility immediately before deletion. Accounts with payment history, an active subscription, a refund, chargeback, payment dispute, or a legal/accounting retention requirement are excluded.
Unused free, trial, referral, or promotional credits do not prevent inactive-account deletion and expire when the account is deleted. They are not cash and cannot be transferred or redeemed after deletion.
SeedVR2 | Independent AI Upscaling Workspace allows you to restore, upscale, review, and download videos and images using AI-assisted tools. Features may include free previews, subscription tiers, one-time credit bundles, and a managed studio pilot for already-digital client media. We continually improve the Service and may add or remove features at any time.
For the managed studio pilot, a customer submits project metadata and one representative digital sample. Full-batch work begins only after the customer approves the sample version, scope, quote, delivery window, and payment. Physical VHS, MiniDV, film, or other analogue media must be correctly digitized before using the Service.
To protect users, payment operations, and integrated providers, we may screen prompts, captions, project metadata, and related text before processing. Requests that violate our policies may be blocked before execution, removed from processing queues, or escalated for review.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Planned or unplanned downtime may occur for maintenance, security updates, external-provider incidents, or reasons beyond our control. An external-provider failure is not treated as successful delivery.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal and commercial purposes. This includes using outputs in your own commercial work and, where you have authority from the underlying client or rights holder, delivering managed outputs to that client under your agency or studio brand. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Service or permit you to sublicense access to your account.

You must not request, generate, upload, distribute, monetize, or otherwise use any content through the Service that infringes the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party, including copyrighted characters, likenesses, music, film, software, or designs, unless you hold a valid license or other written authorization. We reserve the right to reject prompts or outputs that resemble protected works or other licensed materials.
For clarity, you must not use the Service for NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, fetish, or age-restricted adult content, including synthetic or AI-generated depictions of nudity or sexual acts. Any content involving minors, youth-looking persons, or ambiguous-age subjects is strictly prohibited.
You must not market your own service, domain, application, or storefront as the official product of a third-party model provider, nor use third-party model names, marks, or logos as your primary brand in a misleading way. If you reference a third-party model, the reference must clearly indicate compatibility or support rather than endorsement or ownership.
Our Acceptable Use Policy provides additional details and examples and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We process payments through Stripe and are required to enforce the Stripe Services Agreement, including Stripe’s Prohibited and Restricted Businesses list. Without limitation, you agree not to use the Service to facilitate goods, services, or activities that fall within any of the following representative categories:
Stripe also requires additional due diligence for certain restricted businesses—including content creation platforms that monetize third-party content, crowdfunding, dating services, cyberlockers, CBD products, cryptocurrency exchanges or wallets, investment and lending services, pharmaceuticals or telemedicine, tobacco products, stored value programs, precious metals, high-value travel services, and other regulated industries. You must not use the Service for these categories unless we have provided prior written consent and Stripe has confirmed eligibility.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, refuse to fulfill prompts, or remove content if we believe your activity violates Stripe requirements, applicable law, or these Terms. We may update this section at any time to reflect changes in Stripe’s policies.
We reserve the right to investigate violations and to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
All copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property in the Service, including the software, templates, text, graphics, logos, and brand elements, belong to SeedVR2 | Independent AI Upscaling Workspace or our licensors.
You retain ownership of original content you upload or submit. By providing content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, process, and display that content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and complete the Service you requested. SeedVR2 | Independent AI Upscaling Workspace does not use uploaded media or outputs to train models.
If you volunteer feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without obligation to you. Feedback is not treated as confidential information.
Our Service integrates with payment processors, storage providers, analytics services, email providers, and external AI inference providers. The provider used for a media workflow may process input and output data under its own terms, retention controls, and privacy practices. We disclose material processor boundaries in the Privacy Policy and in the applicable studio proposal. Confidential or unreleased studio media is not accepted until the applicable written processor terms are recorded for that pilot.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SeedVR2 | Independent AI Upscaling Workspace AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In that case, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SeedVR2 | Independent AI Upscaling Workspace, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your access to or use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your infringement or violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions) will remain in force.
You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If arbitration is prohibited where you live, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Service and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
