A source-checked comparison
Upscale.media vs SeedVR2: which workflow fits your file?
Both services now offer image and video upscaling. Start with the type of file you have, then compare the live settings and a small sample before committing a full job.
This page is published by SeedVR2.net, an independent service. It is not affiliated with Upscale.media or PixelBin. The table reports public workflow facts, not a measured quality ranking.

How to make a fair same-file test
Use an image or clip you own. A useful test records settings and the original alongside each output.
- Choose one source with faces, text, fine edges, and compression; keep the original file unchanged.
- Run a short or low-cost sample on each service. Record output dimensions, model, credits, and any account requirement.
- Inspect both outputs at the same display size, including edges and text. Repeat with a moving clip to judge flicker separately from still-image sharpness.
We have not published a controlled same-file result here. No claim that either service is sharper, faster, or cheaper is made without that evidence.
Common questions
- Do both services upscale photos?
- Yes. Upscale.media publishes an image enhancement workflow, and SeedVR2 has a live image upscaler. Compare your own source and output size.
- Does Upscale.media also upscale video?
- Yes. Its public video upload page offers a separate video workflow, so it should not be treated as an image-only product.
- Which gives better image quality?
- That depends on the source and settings. The public pages do not provide a controlled result from the same input; test one representative file before buying a larger job.
